Borough of Stroudsburg Customers - Billing Changes

Customers in the Borough of Stroudsburg:

Please note that you will notice significant changes to your water and sewer billing account - your monthly/quarterly bill will no longer be a combined bill:  as of this date, you will receive two separate monthly/quarterly bills for water and sewer.  Your water bill will continue to be printed on blue paper and your sewer bill will be printed on brown paper.  Your account number will remain the same for both bills.

Please be aware of the following important items during the billing transition:

  • Account Number:  Your account number will remain the same for both your water and sewer bills.
  • Online Customer Portal:  If you are signed up for the online Customer Portal, you do not need to change anything in your portal account.  Your billed amounts for water and sewer will continue to be available for payment in your Customer Portal account.
  • E-Bills:  If you are signed up for e-billing, you will receive two bills by email each quarter, one for your water service and one for your sewer service.
